As the Response Director of Strategy and Business Development, Paul is responsible for helping to shape the future direction of the business.

Wayne has over 20 years’ experience in Information Technology, including, amongst other things, developing in-house HR and Training systems for a large Australian meat processing company, and has worked at plants across both Australia and New Zealand.
