Systems and processes form an essential part of any operating organisation. They also drive culture and therefore behaviour. Attempting to understand and predict behavioural impact of the process is complex and important work and therefore not to be underestimated. This process also involves developing the internal capability of the organisation to design and install systems and processes for constructive effect.
Systems Design and installation is a vital part of the work of Management; both operational and executive, the complexity of which is routinely underestimated. It has effect at all levels across the Technical, Commercial and Social domains of an organisation and is a key driver of culture. We support executives in this work using SL as an analytical and synthesis framework and have done this successfully across industries and countries.
