The Retention Framework of Excellence
Commissioned by AMPC, our retention research programme studied turnover across 25 meat processing plants nationally — finding average turnover of 62% against a general manufacturing benchmark of just 6.4%. The result is a proprietary, evidence-based framework now used to attract, prepare, select, induct, integrate, develop, advance and lead new employees, built around a culture of retention.
