What’s involved?

There are three distinct phases of the project including:

GATHER & ASSESS:

Retention data will be collected from participating enterprises to assess their level of employee turnover. Individual interviews with employees and employers will also be conducted to truly understand the drivers of retention.

DEVELOP:

Using the data and insights captured in the initial phase, we will work with enterprises to develop practical and actionable strategies to attract, develop and retain employees. These strategies will be part of a collaborative process and tailored to each enterprise based on their data, size, location and other relevant factors.

ADOPT:

The focus of the adoption phase is to work directly with the participating enterprises to implement the retention strategies and ensure successful adoption. Our retention advisory team will conduct presentations in key Queensland regions where participants will also be able to book face-to-face meetings with our team to discuss how they can best implement workforce solutions in their enterprise.

About Response Group

Our expertise in retention and workforce strategy

Based in Brisbane, Response Group have over 20 years of global experience helping organisations and their people perform more effectively. Most recently, we were engaged by the red meat processing industry (AMPC) to develop a research-based employee retention framework. During this three-year program we worked with over 25 processing plants to analyse their employee data and help drive effective change when it comes to retaining employees. Importantly, we don’t offer band-aid fixes or a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work with you to create a custom approach, with support and accountability.
