Scott Robinson

Scott has extensive knowledge of domestic and international meat processing, including more than 25 years’ experience in training and project facilitation. As the Director of Technical Training, Scott is responsible for the delivery of courses and qualifications for the Response Group, with a focus on the meat processing sector.

Having personally trained more than 4,000 Australian meat processing workers, Scott is largely hands-on, with expertise in meat inspection, slaughtering, animal welfare, stock handling and stunning, HACCP, quality assurance, rendering, lean manufacturing and knife sharpening. He also enjoys a close association with MINTRAC for which he delivers training and auditing duties as required.

Scott worked as a TAFE Manager for many years before joining the Response Group and has a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Business, Graduate Certificate in Leadership, Certificates II-IV in Meat Processing.

Scott prides himself on being part of each organisations culture and actively participates in their continuous improvement, often serving as a consultant and/or training manager for clients.
