Phillip has more than 35 years’ experience in Organisational Consulting in Australia and internationally and has been a part of Response since its establishment over 20 years ago. He is also the President of Response Consulting LLC based in Nevada.
Phillip’s consulting experience has included participating in and managing projects across all aspects of organisational improvement including strategic planning, organisational, cultural review, change management, and organisational restructuring and modelling.
He has worked with organisations across a range of industries including resources, oil and gas, finance and banking, transport and logistics, government, education, health and electricity distribution.
Phillip sees his work as primarily ‘support’ in nature – i.e. about analysis and provision of advice focused on the improvement of the organisations performance as a social entity. He prefers to work with clients in a planned manner across time and is proud of the long-term relationships he has with many clients.
