Shane has a diverse background in IT management, software development, and digital strategy. He specialises in leading development teams, implementing systems, and providing technical solutions for clients. He has also worked in eCommerce, project management, and technology integration.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the University of Wollongong, and a qualification in Organisational Development and Governance, Level 2.
