Paul is the Managing Director for the Response group of companies.  Paul has more than 25 years of experience working in Australia and Internationally in a variety of industries including; IT, Energy, Finance, Food Production and Agriculture.   He has founded and cofounded a number of companies in that time, all focused on organisational education, training and workforce development.  At heart, Paul is a strategist and technologist and loves building solutions that cleverly leverage technology to deliver quality training and workforce development outcomes.

Paul was the cofounder and founding CEO of Intellitrain – a financial services training business that quickly grew to be the largest provider of training to the Australian Finance and Mortgage Broking industries.  The company was awarded a Top 25 Fastest growing companies in Australia by BRW Magazine and went on to secure CBA, NAB, AMP, Ray White, LJ Hooker, RAMS, Wizard, GE Money as clients.  Paul also founded CPD One, later rebranded as Caddie which was an enterprise grade CPD platform allowing professionals to access and track the required CPD points for their industry.  Paul successfully exited this platform and it was later sold into an ASX listed company.

Paul’s current role is to manage the group of companies under the Response umbrella and ensure that the business continues to build on the reputation it has established over 30 years in multiple industries, in multiple countries across 5 continents.
