Beginning his career on the processing floor, he developed a strong understanding of high-volume operations, workforce management, yield optimisation, compliance, and production performance. He has since progressed into senior leadership roles managing teams of 250+ employees and overseeing end-to-end production functions, with a focus on building capable teams, developing strong frontline leaders, and delivering consistent operational results.
His expertise spans workforce planning, KPI and performance management, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, safety and compliance, SOP optimisation, and resource allocation. Leeland takes a structured, people-centred approach to leadership, aligning workforce capability with operational strategy to drive sustainable performance. He holds qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, Leadership & Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Training & Assessment, Meat Safety Inspection, Meat Processing, and Food Processing.
