Andrew’s passions are facilitating the development of organisations and the people who lead them. He has applied highly developed facilitation, research, and developmental skills across numerous industries, including mining, meat processing, manufacturing, banking, and energy. Andrew has extensive experience delivering high impact (accredited or non-accredited) leadership & management programs, redesigning and installing key systems, as well as research & development programs.

Andrew consults in the areas of organisational, cultural and leadership development with clients that have included: BHP (BMC), JBS Australia, Boron Operations (US), Teys Australia, Fletcher International Exports, Queensland Alumina (QAL), Rio Tinto Coal Australia, Nippon Meat, Stanbroke Pastoral, Mintrac, Newmont-Goldcorp as well as a range of micro and small business.

Andrew holds the degree of Master of Education (Business Education and Training), Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership, Diploma of Training & Assessment Systems, as well as qualifications in Business (Accounting) and training/assessment.

He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM). He has served as a member of the board of Mintrac (The Meat Industry Training Advisory Council) and council of The Bremer Institute of TAFE (Qld).
