Following a successful career in executive leadership in banking, Peter co-founded the Response Group in the mid 1990’s. Since then, he has applied his expertise in business strategy, systems and culture from an organisational development leadership perspective, working in a variety of organisations in the public sector and private sector industries including Mining, Health, Construction, Finance and Manufacturing.
Peter has also facilitated leadership development initiatives for executive teams and Culture and Team Development programs. He has also facilitated projects in such areas as Marketing and Sales strategy, Culture transformation, EBA negotiations and Process Improvement.
Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Services Inc., an Associate Fellow Australian Institute of Management and an Associate Fellow of the Human Resource Institute. He holds a Diploma in Management (Honours) and a Grad Cert in Quality Management from Q.U.T.
Peter has been associated with many of his clients over long periods of time and has acted as a mentor to a number of senior managers in these organisations.
